OrderLift helps neighbourhood restaurants grow faster on delivery apps like Uber Eats and Thuisbezorgd using AI-driven optimization. Our Amsterdam-based team spent 10+ years inside leading delivery platforms — including running merchant operations for Uber Eats EMEA — before building OrderLift.
OrderLift has one core value, and it doubles as our business model: we grow only when our restaurant partners grow profitably. Our fee comes out of growth we can prove. If your net payout doesn't grow, neither do we.
That's not a slogan; it's our DNA and our future. A company like ours exists only as long as restaurants genuinely benefit. So everything we build is pointed at profitability and real impact — not more orders at any cost, but more money actually reaching your account after platform fees.

Founder · ex-Head of Merchant Operations, Uber Eats EMEA · MSc Electrical Engineering, TU Delft · Executive MBA, RSM Erasmus
Nuo spent six and a half years at Uber Eats EMEA in Amsterdam — most recently as Head of Merchant Operations, leading the teams behind merchant onboarding, growth (advertising & offers), regional account management, and technical integration, after earlier roles as Head of Solutions Architect and Head of Technical Account Management. From that side of the table, one pattern was impossible to unsee: great restaurants losing winnable orders to weak menus, misspent ad budgets, and guesswork pricing.
The tech background runs deep: an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology (chip design), a decade building industrial and payment systems at Schneider Electric and Ingenico ePayments, then an Executive MBA at Rotterdam School of Management. OrderLift is that engineering mindset pointed at one problem: giving restaurants the same machine-learning firepower the platforms use — with the owner approving every change.
Underneath both sits a conviction Nuo treats as a personal core value: customer focus. Every long-lasting business is built on its customers' success — so OrderLift is designed so that its own growth can only ever be a byproduct of its restaurant partners' growth.
Between us, our team managed over 200,000 restaurants at Uber Eats across multiple countries. We kept seeing the same problem:
You serve amazing food — but your online visibility doesn't reflect it.
You spend on ads and discounts — but the results don't move the needle.
Menu and pricing decisions often rely on guesswork, not data.
Using AI trained on real order data — reviewed by a team that reports back to you every week — we help restaurants like yours win on delivery apps through three levers:
We highlight your best dishes with better photos, descriptions, and structure so more of the people who view your menu actually order.
Data-driven price points and combos that lift margins and conversion, benchmarked against your neighbourhood — you review and approve every change.
Promotions and ad budget tuned by the hour to drive repeat orders and loyalty, without wasting spend on hours that don't convert.
Over the past six months, our 60+ active partners have achieved an average sales increase of 65% — with no partner growing less than 30%. Some locations have more than doubled their sales.
New partners start with a 1-month free trial — full operational support, zero commitment. You only continue if you see real, measurable results. We onboard a limited number of restaurants each month so every account gets hands-on attention.
No promotion, price change, or ad budget goes live without your sign-off.
We report the gap between your treated stores and a control we deliberately leave alone — never numbers you'd have earned anyway.
Our pricing is performance-based. If a store underperforms its baseline, we say so — and our fee reflects it.

A 15-minute demo with your real stores on screen — or start smaller: we review one of your delivery storefronts and send you three concrete fixes, no strings attached.
We'd like to use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to see which pages and campaigns bring restaurants to us. Both are off unless you accept; we never sell data or use cross-site tracking beyond that. See our Privacy Policy.
