Terms of service

    Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website orderlift.io and, where applicable, the services provided by OrderLift B.V. (“OrderLift”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

    1. Our services

OrderLift provides menu optimization, promotion planning, advertising management, and reporting services for restaurants operating on third-party delivery platforms. The specific scope, fees, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement between you and OrderLift. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer on its own.

    2. Your approval and control

Where we manage stores on your behalf, we act on the access and authorisations you grant us. Material changes — such as promotions, price changes, and advertising budgets — are presented for your approval before they go live. You may pause or withdraw authorisations in line with your service agreement.

    3. Third-party platforms

Our services operate alongside third-party platforms (such as Uber Eats, Thuisbezorgd, Google, and Meta). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. OrderLift is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those platforms.

    4. Results and estimates

Any performance figures, projections, or case studies shown on this website are examples based on past results and are not a guarantee of future outcomes. Results vary by restaurant, market, and platform conditions.

    5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by OrderLift or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

    6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OrderLift is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Liability in connection with paid services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

    7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam.
