the Netherlands · delivery marketing
The Netherlands is where OrderLift is from and where our 60+ restaurant partners are. We manage Thuisbezorgd.nl and Uber Eats storefronts for Dutch owners: menu rebuilds, a margin-checked deal calendar, paced sponsored placement and weekly reporting on net payout. You approve every change before it runs.
Platforms we manage in the Netherlands
This is the one market where we can answer that with our own customers instead of with method. OrderLift has 60+ active restaurant partners and they are here, in the Netherlands. Across them, orders have grown 40% on average over six months, no partner has come in under 30%, and some locations have gone past 200%. On managed ad budgets we have reached up to 14x ROAS, with roughly 30% less wasted spend once pacing replaced flat daily budgets.
Amazing Pizza's, Klaus Schnitzelhaus and Tandoori 2 Go are Amsterdam kitchens we manage and are happy to name. They are deliberately different businesses. Pizza, schnitzel and Indian food behave differently on a marketplace, and the same weekly loop of menu, deals and ad pacing has worked across those cuisines, price points and neighbourhoods.
Every one of those numbers is measured on net payout against a baseline fixed before we started: what reaches the bank after commission, deal cost and ad spend.
Menu conversion, the share of menu views that become orders, is the first number we look at, and from live data across the brands we manage we publish the tiers: under 20% needs work, around 20% is decent, 30% or more is excellent, and 40% is best-in-class. Most storefronts that feel invisible are not being punished by an algorithm so much as failing that single test.
The fix is unglamorous and repeatable. Real photos on the items that actually sell, short functional Dutch descriptions, categories cut back to what guests order, and combos built to raise basket size. Across our stores, menu conversion has doubled after a rebuild and basket size is up 38%. Platform-reported benchmarks agree on direction: dish photos are associated with up to 20% more clicks and up to 32% more orders.
Only once the storefront converts do we spend seriously on sponsored placement, whether on Thuisbezorgd.nl or on Uber Eats. Position bought for a menu that does not convert is a subsidy to browsers.
It starts with a free store scan. We look at one of your storefronts and send three concrete fixes you can apply yourself, whether or not you hire us. If you continue, we fix a baseline from your existing numbers before changing anything, so the results conversation later is not a matter of opinion.
Because we are in Amsterdam, onboarding in and around the city can happen in your restaurant: photography, menu work and the first plan face to face. Everywhere else in the Netherlands we run the identical process remotely, inside your own Thuisbezorgd.nl and Uber Eats merchant accounts. We work in Dutch or English, whichever suits your team, and the site has Dutch pages as well.
We are also plain about timing. Ad pacing shows up within days, a menu rebuild within a few weeks, but the 40% average order growth across our partners is a six-month figure, not a first-month one. Anyone promising a step change by next Friday is describing a discount, not growth.
Both, and separately. Each storefront gets its own baseline, deal calendar and ad pacing, so you can see which channel is producing growth rather than reading one blended number. If you only list on one of them, that is fine too. We manage the channels you have instead of pushing you onto a second platform to look busy.
Usually yes. Amazing Pizza's, Klaus Schnitzelhaus and Tandoori 2 Go are named partners here in Amsterdam, and we can arrange an introduction once a conversation is serious. Some partners prefer to stay unnamed and we respect that, so the reference we offer may not be the exact cuisine or neighbourhood you asked for.
The work is identical. Menu conversion, deal design and ad pacing are storefront-level mechanics, not city-level ones, and the difference between a busy centre and a quieter town shows up in your baseline rather than in the method. Delivery radius, opening hours and item mix matter far more to your result than the postcode does.
We review one of your storefronts and send three concrete fixes you can apply yourself — no obligation either way.
