Deliveroo marketing for restaurants, done for you

We grow your Deliveroo orders and net payout: a menu rebuilt to convert, a weekly offer plan checked against your margin, and sponsored listings paced to the hours you actually sell. You approve every change before it goes live, and pricing is performance-based against your own baseline.

    What we manage on Deliveroo

Growing on Deliveroo is a weekly routine, not a one-off setup. We run the whole loop for each of your sites, and every step arrives as a recommendation first.

    • Menu conversion — photos on the dishes that sell, short descriptions that answer the obvious question, a category order that leads with your best sellers, and add-ons and meal deals that lift the basket. Across the stores we manage, a rebuild has doubled menu conversion, and restructured combos and modifiers have grown basket size by 38%
    • A weekly offer plan — Deliveroo's offer tools cover money off the whole menu, a deal on a single dish, free delivery and spend-and-get offers. We decide each week which one, on which items, in which hours, and show the expected result and its margin cost before you approve
    • Sponsored listings, paced by the hour — ad budget concentrated in the hours and days where it wins orders, cut back where it does not, and never running while the kitchen is closed
    • Reliability that ranking rewards — opening hours that match reality, sold-out items switched off, and prep times that hold on a Friday night, because cancellations and late orders cost you position before any ad spend can win it back
    • A weekly net-payout report — what actually reaches your bank after commission, offer costs and ad spend, compared with the baseline we agree before starting

Why are my Deliveroo orders dropping?

Usually for one of three reasons, and each has a different fix. That is why a blanket discount rarely brings orders back: it treats all three as the same problem.

    • The menu stopped converting — missing photos, items that are often unavailable and long, flat categories quietly lower the share of menu views that turn into orders
    • Ratings and reliability slipped — restaurants that customers rate well and that deliver on time get shown more; a run of cancellations or late orders does the opposite
    • Neighbours are running offers and you are not — in a busy UK high street, the listing with an active offer or a sponsored position takes the order from the one without

We look at all three in your first week and fix the menu first, because it keeps working without further spend. Real dish photos alone have been reported by the platforms to bring up to 20% more clicks and up to 32% more orders.

    Are Deliveroo promotions worth it?

When they bring orders you would not have had anyway, yes: new customers, lapsed regulars, quiet weekday hours. A flat "10% off everything" mostly discounts orders that were coming regardless, which makes it the least efficient offer you can run.

Platform-reported benchmarks put buy-one-get-one offers at roughly 39% more order volume and 25% higher order value, but that is only good news if the maths works on your dishes after Deliveroo's commission. So every offer we propose is costed per item first, depth goes where it buys a new customer, and regulars get lighter perks.

Then we judge it on one number: net payout against your baseline. If an offer grows sales but shrinks what reaches your bank, we recommend stopping it. The wider method is on our offers and ads page, and our free guide to profitable delivery promotions walks through the arithmetic.

Also on Uber Eats or Just Eat?

Most UK restaurants trade on more than one app, and the three reward different things. We keep one master menu and roll it out to each platform in its own format, then plan offers and ad budget per platform, so money goes where the evidence is rather than being split three ways by default.

    Common questions

Do you work with restaurants that are only on Deliveroo?

    +

Yes. One platform means all of the attention goes into one listing: menu rebuild, weekly offer plan, sponsored-listing pacing and a net-payout report. Pricing is performance-based against a baseline agreed before we start, so one listing is not billed like three.

Will you change prices or launch offers without asking?

    +

No. Every menu change, offer and budget move arrives as a recommendation with the reasoning and the expected result attached. Nothing goes live on your Deliveroo listing until you approve it.

Do we need to change our tablet, POS or delivery setup?

    +

No. We work through your existing Deliveroo partner access. There is no new hardware and no integration to install, and your kitchen workflow stays exactly as it is.
